Fast paced communications is very essential in offshore software outsourcing. We, at Almighty Technologies take all necessary steps to provide protection to e-mail systems, servers like database servers and web servers, and user desktop systems from Virus and Trojans.
At Almighty Technologies, the licenses of software used in our state-of-art development center at Bhopal are recent. Also, if we use third party controls or code is used in our client's work, we ensure that code is used after proper analysis of the licensing policy and so there are no licensing issues for the client.
Confidentiality
Almighty Technologies take special care that confidentiality of clients' business data is maintained. Measures taken to maintain confidentiality are:

Backup
After delivering a project, we keep up offline backups and delete all information from the server. Both software and data are kept in systems with highly restricted access (However, the backup can be deleted on client's request.
Additional Protection Measures
Apart from the above mentioned measures, we may provide for additional protection measures based on client's requirements. They are
- Physically Separate Units: During the ongoing project, we provide physically separate unit within the office with limited access to authorized professionals only. The belongings of such professionals are monitored before going in and out of the restricted area. In addition, the computers in these separate units have no media drives.
- Network Access: We provide Virtual Private Network Access to client's server. This ensures that only authorized persons can access the network and data cannot be intercepted. Also, limited internet access can be provided over 100% monitored network.
Communication
We, at Almighty Technologies understand that success of any project depends on the quality of communication between the client and the development team.
We deliver projects using RUP, Extreme Programming and Agile methodologies; these methodologies ensure that regular communication is established with the client and we can incorporate clients' feedbacks on an ongoing basis. In addition, for projects with onshore-offshore delivery model, face to face communication between the client and the onshore team helps in building trust. Here, onshore team regularly communicates with the offshore team to seamlessly transfer the business requirements to the development team.
We use web meetings (web-ex, net meeting), instant messaging, e-mails, regular phone calls, phone calls via VOIP and video conferencing to ensure smooth communication. Our team overlaps time with the US work hours depending on their responsibilities; thereby ensuring that global time zone difference does not impact the project. Our facilities (development center and remote management center) are open 24x7 to ensure smooth functioning despite the time difference. We use time difference to our advantage by ensuring that the issues are resolved as soon as possible.
